03 — The collection

Small formats,
large volumes

Tealights, votives and filled glass in the sizes hotels, restaurants and event florists order by the case. The unit is small, so consistency and packing are the whole job.

04

Pack format

Units per bag, box or case, and the carton count your warehouse wants to receive.

Questions buyers ask

Can you supply unbranded for hospitality?

Yes. Many hospitality orders are plain in the cup and branded only on the outer pack, which keeps the table clean and the case identifiable in a store room.

Can we order the same item repeatedly?

That is what the written specification is for. Once a sample is approved, later orders are produced against the same document rather than a fresh conversation.

How is the burn time confirmed?

By burning the sample. The figure on the specification comes from the tested combination of wax volume and wick, for that exact cup.

What is the minimum order?

Small formats are usually quoted by the case, so the minimum follows the pack you choose. Tell us the size and pack and we will confirm it.
