Most candle buying goes one of two ways. Either you buy someone else's catalogue and put a sticker on it, or you try to brief a factory that has never asked what your brand is for. The first gives you a product nobody remembers. The second gives you three rounds of samples and a launch date that moves.

We work in the middle. You arrive with a brief, a palette, a reference image or a single sentence about the feeling you want. We turn it into a written specification, produce a sample against that document, and only then make the collection.

It is a slower first week and a faster everything after. The specification is the reason: once it exists, a repeat order is a document rather than a conversation, and the second production run looks like the first.
