Payment terms

What are your payment terms?
Orders below US$3,000 require 100% advance payment. Orders from US$3,000 to US$50,000 require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Terms for larger orders are discussed individually; deferred payment is not automatic.

What should I send for a quotation?
Send the product type or reference model, quantity, destination market and any artwork or design references. Include your desired arrival date and packaging requirements if known.
Can we discuss a project before selecting a product?
Yes. Share your product idea, target market, approximate quantity and preferred schedule. We can use this information to discuss suitable options from the Lumelle range.

Hotels and wholesale programmes

Can you develop a signature scent for the property?
Yes. Describe the feeling, or give us a fragrance the property already uses, and we work towards it in samples. Once approved it is written down and carried across every format you order.
Can the same scent run across formats?
That is usually the point. A room candle, a reed diffuser for the corridor and a gift set for departing guests are each rebalanced so the property reads as one scent rather than three.
Do you supply unbranded?
Yes. Plain in the cup with branding only on the outer pack is a common hospitality choice, and it is specified exactly like a branded run.
How do repeat orders work?
Against the approved specification. You reference the document rather than restarting the conversation, which is what keeps the fifth delivery matching the first.
Can we mix formats in one order?
Yes. A mixed order is normal for a shelf. Each line keeps its own specification and minimum, and they ship together on one set of documents.

Do you supply the product data we need to list?
Yes. Dimensions, net weight, burn hours, materials, carton data and the labelling text come with the specification, so your listings and your warehouse work from the same numbers.

Can I request a completely new jar or bottle shape?
Send drawings or reference images for review. Any new shape, tooling, development cost and schedule must be assessed separately; these are not included automatically in standard customization.
Can Lumelle supply products under my own brand?
Yes, private label projects can be discussed. Please provide your brand artwork and product requirements so we can confirm the branding and packaging arrangement for the order.

Which wax types can you offer?
Our production options include soy wax, palm wax and paraffin wax, with a small amount of beeswax production. Availability and the exact formulation are confirmed for each project.
