Send reference images or model numbers, target quantities and your intended market. Add fragrance and wax preferences for candles, or volume and component requirements for diffusers.

Review Branding and Samples
Share your logo and packaging artwork where available. Standard samples are free of charge; customized samples incur a fee. Sample timing and shipping costs are confirmed for the request.

Confirm the Order Details
Review the product specification, quantity, packaging, payment terms and delivery schedule in the quotation. The stated MOQ is 1,000 pieces and the usual order lead time is 40–45 days.

Product design
Start from an existing candle, diffuser, jar or bottle design and describe the changes you need.
Candle wax and fragrance
Tell us your wax preference and fragrance direction. Options include soy wax, palm wax and paraffin wax, with limited beeswax production.
Container appearance
Color, decoration and finish of the selected jar or bottle, confirmed with a sample before production.
Logo and packaging
Your logo, artwork and packaging references. We confirm the box format, product arrangement and custom sample requirements.
Order and Payment Terms

- Minimum order
- The stated MOQ is 1,000 pieces. Please share the products and quantities you need so we can confirm how this applies to your selection.
- Lead time
- Our usual order lead time is 40–45 days. We will confirm the schedule, its starting point and shipping arrangements in your quotation.
- Samples
- Standard samples are free of charge. Customized samples incur a fee. We will confirm the sample scope, fee, preparation time and shipping costs before arranging them.
- Payment
- Orders below US$3,000 require full payment in advance. For orders from US$3,000 to US$50,000, the terms are a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For larger orders, deferred payment may be discussed separately and is subject to agreement.

Which parts of a product can I ask to customize?
You can submit requests for the product design, candle wax and fragrance, container appearance, logo and packaging. Available options are reviewed for the chosen product and order.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send the product type or reference model, quantity, destination market and any artwork or design references. Include your desired arrival date and packaging requirements if known.
Do you charge for custom samples?
Yes. Samples that involve customization incur a fee. Standard samples are free of charge. We will confirm the sample scope, fee, preparation time and shipping costs before arranging them.
Can I combine several designs to meet the MOQ?
Please send the quantities for each design. Our stated MOQ is 1,000 pieces, and we need to confirm whether your proposed mix can be accepted for the selected products.
Can I request a completely new jar or bottle shape?
Send drawings or reference images for review. Any new shape, tooling, development cost and schedule must be assessed separately; these are not included automatically in standard customization.
Can Lumelle supply products under my own brand?
Yes, private label projects can be discussed. Please provide your brand artwork and product requirements so we can confirm the branding and packaging arrangement for the order.
