A scent guests
remember the room by
Candles and home fragrance for hotels, spas, restaurants and residences. Specified once, reordered against the same document, so the fifth delivery smells like the first.
Where they appear
One scent, several roles
01
Guest rooms and suites
A small jar or a lidded tin, branded quietly, sized to the length of a stay.
02
Spa and treatment
Longer burn, lower fragrance load, and a scent that sits behind the treatment rather than over it.
03
Restaurant tables
Usually unscented, because food comes first. Here the job is steady flame and a clean cup.
04
Retail and gifting
The property's own scent sold at reception, or given as a departure gift in a box.
What a property specifies
And why each one matters
- Burn hours
- Housekeeping replaces on a schedule, so the hours per unit decide the reorder rhythm. It comes from the tested wax volume and wick, not from a round number.
- Scent level
- A lobby and a treatment room need different loads of the same fragrance. Both are written into the specification so neither drifts.
- Branding restraint
- Many properties want the cup plain and the outer pack branded, so the table stays clean while the case is identifiable in a store room.
- Safety wording
- Tell us the markets and the languages the property operates in, and the required text is laid out with the artwork rather than added as a sticker later.
- Case and carton
- Units per case and cases per carton set to what the receiving dock and the store room actually want to handle.
A property's scent is only an asset if it is the same every time.
Repeatability is a specification problem, not a promise
Questions properties ask
Can you develop a signature scent for the property?
Yes. Describe the feeling, or give us a fragrance the property already uses, and we work towards it in samples. Once approved it is written down and carried across every format you order.
Can the same scent run across formats?
That is usually the point. A room jar, a tealight for the restaurant and a diffuser for the corridor are each rebalanced so the property reads as one scent rather than three.
Do you supply unbranded?
Yes. Plain in the cup with branding only on the outer pack is a common hospitality choice, and it is specified exactly like a branded run.
How do repeat orders work?
Against the approved specification. You reference the document rather than restarting the conversation, which is what keeps the fifth delivery matching the first.

Tell us the rooms
and the rhythm.
Number of rooms, where the candles go and how often they are replaced. That is enough for a useful first answer.
