For business
A range you can
reorder without
rewriting it
For retailers, distributors, gifting programmes and subscription boxes: a defined range, one specification per line, and a season calendar you can plan a shelf around.
Who it is for
Four ways buyers use it
01
Retailers and boutiques
A small range that holds a shelf together, with the option to add your own label later.
02
Distributors
Consistent lines with written specifications, carton data and labelling suited to your markets.
03
Gifting programmes
Corporate gifts and seasonal sets, where the box matters as much as the candle inside it.
04
Subscription boxes
A rotating scent on a fixed format, so each month is new to the customer and routine for you.
How the programme runs
Documents, not conversations
- One sheet per line
- Each product in the range has its own specification: vessel, wax, wick, fragrance load, dimensions, net weight, pack and carton. You reorder by referencing it.
- Sample first, always
- Nothing enters the range on a description. You approve a physical sample of each line before it is produced in quantity.
- A season calendar
- Tell us your shelf dates and we work backwards from them, so artwork deadlines and production windows are set before they become urgent.
- Carton data up front
- Units per case, cases per carton, carton dimensions and weights, given before you book freight rather than after.
- Room to grow into private label
- Many buyers begin on the range and move to their own label once a format sells. The specification carries across, so you are not starting again.
A good wholesale range is boring to reorder and interesting to sell.

Questions buyers ask
Can we mix formats in one order?
Yes. A mixed order is normal for a shelf. Each line keeps its own specification and minimum, and they ship together on one set of documents.
What is the minimum order?
It is set per line by the vessel and the print, not by a single figure for the whole programme. Tell us the lines you want and we will confirm each one.
Do you supply the product data we need to list?
Yes. Dimensions, net weight, burn hours, materials, carton data and the labelling text come with the specification, so your listings and your warehouse work from the same numbers.
Can we start small and scale?
That is the usual path. Begin with a few lines to test the shelf, then widen the range or move to your own label once you know which formats sell.

Where you sell, which formats interest you and the date you need stock. We reply with the specifications and what is realistic.
