For business
Your label.
Our pour.
Private label candles developed from your brief: vessel, wax, wick, fragrance, label and box, written into one specification and produced under your name. Not a catalogue with a sticker on it.
What it means here
Three words used loosely
White label
An existing format, your label and box. Fastest route, least room to differentiate.
Private label
Your choice of vessel, wax, scent and packaging inside proven formats. This is where most collections sit.
Bespoke
A form or vessel that does not exist yet. Tooling and time enter the conversation, so we say so early.
How a project runs
Six steps, one document
-
01
The brief
A palette, a reference image, a scent you already sell, a shelf you want to sit on. One sentence is enough to begin.
-
02
The specification
Vessel, wax blend, wick, fragrance load, label stock, box and carton, written down with dimensions and weights.
-
03
The sample
Produced against that document. You burn it, judge the throw and the colour, and ask for the changes you want.
-
04
Artwork
Your files laid out to the vessel, with the labelling your market requires placed rather than squeezed in afterwards.
-
05
Production
Begins only after you approve the sample and the artwork proof. The specification is what the line works to.
-
06
Packing and shipping
Retail box, outer carton and documents prepared together, so what arrives is shelf ready.
The second production run should look exactly like the first.
That is what the written specification is for
What you decide
And what we advise on
01
The vessel
Glass, tin, ceramic or concrete. Shape, colour, finish, lid or none.
02
Wax and wick
Chosen as a pair, for the burn behaviour that vessel needs.
03
The fragrance
Your own brief or a direction we propose, with the load set for the format.
04
Label and box
Labels, base stickers, rigid boxes, sleeves and the shipping carton.
Questions buyers ask
Do we own the design?
Your artwork and your brand remain yours. A form or vessel developed specifically for you is agreed in writing before tooling begins, so there is no argument about it later.
Can you work from a sample we already sell?
Yes, and it is the clearest brief there is. Send the product, we specify what it is made of and how it behaves, then match or improve it where you want it different.
What is the minimum order?
It follows the vessel and the print, since both carry their own tooling and plate minimums. Tell us the format and the quantity you are considering and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
How long does a first collection take?
It depends on how many decisions are open and how many sample rounds you want. Give us your shelf date in the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether it is reachable before you commit.

The first reply is the practical next step, not a brochure. Write in English or Chinese.
