Questions buyers ask
Can you make a candle to our own design?
Yes. Private label is the core of what we do. Send the vessel, palette, fragrance direction and artwork you have in mind, and we turn it into a written specification before anything is produced.
Do we see a sample first?
Always. A sample is produced against the specification so you can hold it, burn it and judge the scent throw. Production starts only after you approve it.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the vessel and the packaging, because those carry their own tooling and print minimums. Tell us the format you want and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
Can you handle labels and gift boxes too?
Yes. Labels, base stickers, rigid boxes, sleeves and the outer carton can all be produced with the candle, so the collection arrives finished rather than as parts.
