Which wax types can you offer?
Our production options include soy wax, palm wax and paraffin wax, with a small amount of beeswax production. Availability and the exact formulation are confirmed for each project.
Are all soy wax candles made from 100% soy wax?
The composition depends on the selected formulation. Please request confirmation of the wax composition for your product; a soy wax option should not automatically be read as 100% soy wax.
Can I customize the fragrance and packaging?
Send your fragrance direction, logo and packaging preferences. We will review the available options and confirm the scope and sample cost before sampling.
How long will a candle burn?
Burn time depends on the final wax, wick, fragrance and container combination. Please request the available burn test information for the specific candle you select.
Are samples available?
Standard samples are free of charge. Customized samples incur a fee. Please contact us to confirm sample availability, preparation time and shipping costs.
What is your minimum order quantity?
